Title: Dim Sum Meatballs
Ready a pot of water and the bamboo steamer.
Chop the onion and beat the egg. Mix all the ingredients together except for the mustard greens and whip to make smooth.
Roll into small meatballs about 1-1/4 inches in diameter. Consider wetting hands between each meatball to avoid sticking. Press some of the mustard greens into the bamboo steamer and top with meatballs. Steam for 15 minutes.
